Modesto High School KEY Club does not guarantee the privacy of anyone, nor does it have legal jurisdiction over itself.

The page is always ran by a minor, so one may not sue the page directly. By default, the page operates only to the privacy standards and protection of WIX, INC. (hereafter, WIX) and if applicable, one's web browser (eg. Private Browsing, etc.) WIX, as a matter of policy, does use "cookies" (as the legal world well calls them) which do collect the following, usually: IP Address, time of access to the page, and sometimes, locally provided GPS data. To prevent transfer of this data, it is the site user's (HEREAFTER, "ONE'S" or "ONE'S OWN") responsibilty to tell their browser to not allow cookies.
